Data Deletion Instructions
You can delete your GribLak account yourself in the app, or ask us to do it. This also covers accounts created with Facebook Login, Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple.
Delete your account in the app
- Open GribLak and go to Profile > Personal information.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Your open requests are cancelled and the other party is told. Your access is removed at once, including Facebook, Google or Apple sign-in, and your profile is no longer visible to anyone.
Ask us by e-mail
- Send an e-mail to contact@griblak.com with the subject Data deletion request.
- Give the phone number or e-mail address linked to your GribLak account.
- If you signed in with Facebook, Google or Apple, say which one.
We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours before deleting it.
What we keep
Information linked to your past requests (the requests themselves, reviews and reports) may be kept as long as needed to handle disputes, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations, in line with Moroccan law no. 09-08.
Removing GribLak from your Facebook apps settings disconnects Facebook Login but does not delete your GribLak account. Use one of the two options above for that.
